Common questions
How do I get an account?
Accounts are invite-only — you're added by your station's administrator. There is no public sign-up. If you should have access and don't, ask your station admin or email us.
I've forgotten my password
Use the password-reset link on the sign-in screen, or email us and we'll send a reset link to your registered address.
Two-factor authentication (I've lost my authenticator)
If you set up two-factor authentication and no longer have access to your authenticator app, a station administrator can reset it for you so you can sign in and set it up again. Email us if you need help arranging that.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can start account deletion yourself in the app under Profile → Delete my account. There's a 30-day grace period before your personal data is permanently removed, and you can cancel within that window. See our Privacy Policy for full detail, or email us to request deletion directly.
Is the app affiliated with the RNLI?
No. Lifeboat Crew Hub is built for RNLI crew but is not published by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution.
